Staffing
The hotel is manned from 7 am to 2 pm on weekdays, and from 8 am to 2 pm on weekends.
Arrival
If arrival is after manning hours, please notify our reception.
Check-in
Check-in: between 12 – 2pm.
Check-out
Check-out: before 11am.
Payment
We accept card payment: Maestro, Visa. Billing only within Sweden.
Cancellation
We follow Visita’s cancellation policy regarding orders of accommodation and conferences.
Please respect that pets are not allowed in the hotel in any area, and that smoking is not allowed indoors.
